The Lodge on Serenity Cove offers several different spaces for your next party or event. Almost all of our common areas are available for your next special occasion!
We have the following areas available for private rentals –
- A 1,600 square ft air conditioned and heated event hall with a kitchen area, perfect for weddings, reunions, receptions, company parties, showers, conventions and meetings. Our event hall seats 150 people, or 100 with tables.
- A large pool and patio available for groups, birthday parties, and other occasions.
- A second large (100 square ft.) patio with seating, overlookinng the cove that features our amazing sunsets. available for private events.
- An 800 square ft. (16 x 50) game & entertainment room with pool table, poker table with chips, two dart boards, tile dance floor, and stage area complete with lighting and sound system.
