Reservations can be made via the website, via e-mail, or phone. Please note that reservation requests made through the website are requests only and will be honored based on room availability. Once an online reservation is requested, we will call you within 24 hours to confirm availability and secure your deposit. If your desired cabin is not available we will assist you in choosing another cabin.
One night’s stay is required to secure your reservation. We accept deposits and payments from all major credit cards.
During peak season a two night minimum may be required on weekends and a three night minimum may be required on Holiday weekends (Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc.)
Check-in is between the hours of 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made with designated staff. Early check-in may be requested and honored based on availability.
Check-out is at 11 a.m., late check-outs are based on availability and may incur an additional fee.
Covid-19 Policy for Cancellations
The cancellation policy for The Lodge On Serenity Cove prior to March 17th was a cancellation 8-30 days from scheduled stay would incur a one night charge. Due to the present situation and health concerns we have temporarily revised our policy.
To be in compliance with the orders prohibiting public gatherings and practicing social distancing, we understand that events will be cancelled or postponed. We will be issuing rain-checks for cancellations that fall under our 8-30 day policy. Please feel to give us a call if you have any questions or concerns.
We are doing everything in our power to ensure you have an enjoyable, safe experience with us. We look forward to seeing you when everything is back to normal.
- Reservations canceled outside of 30 days from scheduled stay may incur a $25.00 fee for each reserved room being canceled.
- For cancellations 8 – 30 days from scheduled stay, one night will be charged.
- Less than 7 days’ notice of cancellations and no shows will be charged for the full reservation.
Rates are based on cabin, room, and site occupancy. Each room has a maximum occupancy and persons over the allotted occupancy may incur additional charges.
The Lodge on Serenity Cove allows pets under 25 pounds. A $25 pet fee is required for all pets. Please do not leave your pets unattended in the rooms or on the property. Pets are to be kept on a leash when not inside your room/cabin. Please pick up after your pets and be sure that they do not bother other guests. Owner assumes financial responsibility for any damage done by the pet. Pets are NOT allowed in the pool area. Guests renting RV spaces may have up to two pets.
The Lodge on Serenity Cove reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card on file for any damage done to the property. Damage to The Lodge on Serenity Cove property will result in charges for cleaning, repair, or replacement of fixtures, linens, towels, appliances, etc. Theft of any items owned by The Lodge on Serenity Cove will incur a replacement charge of the full retail value of missing or stolen items. Loud or other inappropriate behavior is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone that does not adhere to our policies.
There is no life guard on duty at the pool or lake. No diving in the pool. Guests shall swim and participate in water recreation activities at their own risk. The Lodge on Serenity Cove will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss of life, or loss of/damage to personal equipment or property during your visit or during participation in Lodge activities.
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. No Exceptions.
Our rates vary according to peak season (May 1st – October 1st), off season, and holidays. Rates posted on this website are updated regularly and will be honored accordingly. Occasionally we will post special rates and we will honor those based on the terms provided within the discount’s details page(s). Some rates are based on minimum stays.
